I am a firm believer that when it comes to food, classic is best! With a few enhancements, this sandwich is no exception. Of course, you’ve got to start with bacon, lettuce and tomato, but why not add to the classic? I picked up an amazing champagne garlic mustard a few weeks ago at Dean & DeLuca’s in Georgetown and it really added depth and flavor. I also added a few slices of Jarlsberg cheese and voilà! It was so good!!!
