To me, this is the ultimate treat. Forget sweets, forget potato chips…this is it! YUM!!! I could eat this for every meal. Even breakfast you ask?? You betcha! Ask any Greek you know if they ate tomatoes, feta, and olives for breakfast at their Yiayia and Papou’s house as a child and they’ll answer in the affirmative. (They groom us to eat like this from a very early age!) Wait…who am I to point the finger??
