Stuffed Hot Peppers

Every year I make these stuffed hot peppers for my husband on Superbowl Sunday.  I made them on the Superbowl Sunday when we met six years ago.  I guess it’s true what they say…the way to a man’s heart is through his belly.  At least, that’s how it worked for me.  From that day forward, I was nicknamed Nikki Peppers by some of our closest friends and it remains one of my favorite terms of endearment to this day.

I emailed this to my husband with the subject of the email “Would you eat this?” and he wrote back that he is heading to the grocery store on his lunch to get everything so all we have to do tomorrow is a quick stop at DeLallo’s haha! I guess that is a “Yes!”

  3. Me, too! Thank you, Cara. Thank you for taking me to that party :)
