Who doesn’t LOVE a leftover Thanksgiving sandwich??

Let’s kick it up a knotch and bake all of our favorite ingredients in a crescent roll wreath!  Using my new Stack and Snap 10 Cup Food Processor from my friends at Hamilton Beach, this recipe was a cinch.  Hamilton Beach knows how important it is for the home chef to remain stress-free throughout the season, and this indispensable tool can help!!! Simply combine all of your leftover favorites from turkey and ham to stuffing and cranberry sauce and add a kiss of mayo in your food proessor and you’re nearly there.  By wrapping and baking your leftovers in a crescent roll wreath, you can create a whole platter of appetizer-size leftover sandwiches in less than 30 minutes.  Serve with cranberry sauce on the side. Enjoy!

Leftover Thanksgiving Crescent Rolls and Hamilton Beach 10 Cup Food Processor Giveaway


  • 2 cups roasted turkey (white or brown meat)
  • 1 cup cooked ham
  • 1 1/2 cups stuffing
  • 3/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp. mayo
  • 2 tbsp. turkey gravy
  • 2 8 oz. cans Pillsbury crescent rolls


Preheat oven to 375.

In your food processor, combine all of the ingredients, except the crescent rolls. Pulse to combine and allow the flavors to marry, but do not puree.

Using a cookie sheet or oven safe platter, arrange crescent roll dough in triangles, forming a circle, with the widest ends of the triangles in the center. You are forming a circle in the center of the platter with the triangle tips all pointed toward the edges.

Fill the food processor stuffing about 1 1/2 inches from the center of the ring. Roll the triangles toward the center and tuck under the edges to form a wreath.

Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Serve with extra cranberry sauce on the side.
